Sandisk CF Wifi Issue

Hello all. Long time lurker first time poster.

I have just gone wireless and I love it its everything I wanted apart from one thing.... I am getting wierd errors on my PPC with the card.

My setup is a Linksys wireless router/AP and an HP Jornada 568 with a Sandisk Wifi CF card.
When it works its gr8 but the ppc keeps loosing site of the CF card and when I reinsert or power on off (not allways just sometimes) I get the following error : Unrecongnised Card Enter the name of the device driver for this card. In the text box it has Unknown Card in Socket 1

Any ideas as this is seriously hindering the use of it wireleslly?? Thanks.

Ok have I missed something here?? I have read tons of threads on various forums and cannot find an answer to this. Its not the card as it DOES work occasionaly its obviously some driver issue?
Its just a bit of a pain to keep having to use the reset button every time i power back on my ppc. Does anyone have a workaround for this please???

I don't know if you can rule out the card itself even though it works occasionally. I assume you've tried to contact SanDisk tech support?
