Ipaq 1910 and spare battery

I got the extra battery when I bought the 1910. Do you have to do anything to switch batteries. I don't want to lose my data. Can I just open it up and switch them?

All you have to do is turn the device off and switch the batteries.

... as long you switch it fast enough. It should last for quite some time, but I'd try and do the battery switch within a minute just to be safe.

the battery cover has 'power off' switch. you don't have to do anything special except open the battery cover and switch the battery.
