Ok... so on my Audiovox Maestro, I was just messing around with Pocket Tweak, found in the System tab of Settings. But here's what spooks me - after a soft reset to make a change take effect, there is one fewer icon in that System tab. There are nine. There used to be ten. The problem is, I don't remember what that last icon was, but I would like to know what it is.

So here's what I have:
-About
-Clock
-Front Light
-Memory
-Pocket Tweak
-Power
-Regional Settings
-Remove Programs
-Screen

So what do you think I'm missing? Any suggestions are accepted, regardless of whether or not you have a Maestro. I think Toshiba configurations should be fairly similar too.

I have neither but it could be:
- Asset Viewer
- Auto Run
- Backlight
- Self-Test

Those seem to be stantard PPC System Settings from ones I looked at.
Good luck :D

I have two additional 'stock' control panels under "system" on my e740
-Microphone
-Wireless LAN Utility (probably only on toshiba's w/ built in wLAN)

If you have a registry editor like PHM's (http://www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/RegEdit/) then you can look under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/ControlPanel to see a list of control panels (at least the ones that came w/ the machine). Any of these with a registry entry named "Redirect" will not be displayed in the settings menu.

good luck...josh

So, late update....

I'm pretty sure it was GigaBar. I had uninstalled it, but apparently not soft-reset it until that time, and that was when I got confused.
