macs and calendar compatibility

I am moving to an office that solely uses Macs which are on a LAN. Moreover, everyone uses a paper calendaring system. I am wondering if there is a calendar program out there for multiple execs, that can be viewed by all our assitants, and will sync with my Axim. Any help would be great!

You can use iCal and push up to a WebDav server. With PocketMac and/or the upcoming Missing Sync, you will be able to sync with your Pocket PC.
