Deleting Partnerships

Is there a way to delete partnerships on the PPC without using the desktop? I put my PC through it's semi-annual format and hadn't thought about deleting the partnership. Now I want to be able to sync my email on my PPC with my work PC.

Also, what all are you able to do as a guest? (i.e. install programs, copy/paste files...)

Using a Guest partnership, you can do everything apart from sync data. Installing and copying work fine.
