Syncing entire iPAQ folder to desktop folder

Is there a way to sync an entire folder's contents on my iPAQ3955 to my desktop (as opposed to individual files)? I use active sync, but do not see a way to move entire folder from iPAQ to desktop as part of sync. Is there a way to do this with Active Sync or anthing else? Thanks in advance.

As a clarification, I am trying to move regular PocketPC filesystem folders, as opposed to outlook folders.

If it is a one-time move, you can just click on the Explore button, browse to the folder on your handheld, and then drag and drop. If it is something you want synced every time you connect, it's going to have to live in the "My Documents" folder. I am not aware of any other way to synchronize a folder every time (at least not with ActiveSync).
