Trying to Install Outlook --> missing file?? NO

I'm trying to re-install Microsoft Outlook 2000 from the companion CD that came with my 5455. The install starts and I enter the Procuct Key from the CD sleeve and it says 'installing Outlook SR-1', it gets about 25% done and then says "missing or invalid file : MSO9INTL.DLL and won't continue. I browsed the CD and found that file on the disc but I have no idea how to make it realize that it is there when installing. Any help??

Sounds like you have an incomplete install. Reboot then go into \windows\temp and delete everything there. Try the install once again.
