I managed to compress a video file I have to 104 meg so I can stick it on my 128 meg sd card. I'm just wondering, but does anyone know how long it would take to put a 100 meg file onto an sd card? It's a SanDisk 128 meg card, just wondering if anyone timed it or anything lol, I think I will just for the record anyway. But I just want to know what amount of time I'll be up against. I remember an 85 meg file took the better part of a few hours I believe, but anywho, so yeah... thanks!

Well, I transfered about 90mb or so in about 10min onto my Sandisk 128mb

A USB 2.0 card reader would do it in a couple of minutes depending on the make of media.

Are we talking about an xfer using ActiveSync or an external reader???

copying it from the hard drive and pasting it into the storage card folder through explorer, which I guess is activesync? I'm not sure how to do it another way...

Sloooow over ActiveSync... using an external card reader (even USB 1.1) is faster, especially USB 2.0 - I have a PQI USB 2.0 reader and it is MUCH faster than any other way I've ever tried.
