Can appointments be analyzed? That is, do I need to purchase an appointment management program if I want to keep track of billable hours or can I do this with the Microsoft Calendar program? I know that categories can be added but I don't see how to total hours for each category. Or to send them to Excel.

Also -- if this can't be done then it would appear to me there would be no use for the built-in appointment software as I wouldn't think you'd want to have more than one appointment book -- too confusing, might accidentally overlap appointments, etc. Right?

Finally -- any suggestions for time billing software would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Here are two you may want to look into....

http://www.rfcons.com you want to look at TimeTracker -- It is a time and expense tracking app for the PDA and the desktop.

http://bivrin.com/PocketPC/ You want to look at PocketTime (PDA only and free!)

I second the vote for TimeTracker. I really like its flexibility and how customizable it is.

I'll add one more link to check: Standard Time (http://www.stdtime.com/).
