Anyone else have trouble registering Sprite Pocket Backup?

So I read the reviews and thought Pocket Backup Plus sounded useful, downloaded the demo on April 3, bought it from Handango on April 4. I never got a registration code from Sprite, and they haven't responded in any way to 4 emails over the last week and a half. I posted on their support forum today with no response (yet). Anyone else have a problem like this? I suppose I could try to get my $ back from Handango. Really annoying now that the demo has expired,

Replying to myself, ugh. One of the Sprite developers poste a reply on their support forum saying that their static IP is listed as a dial-up equivalent on a blackhole list (http://www.five-ten-sg.com/blackhole.php). They've apparently tried to send my code twice, and also have apparently tried repeatedly to get off the blackhole list. If anyone else HAS had a similar problem, let them know - they've promised to send me another mail using a personal dial-up account. Of course, I haven't seen the email yet, but I'm hopeful.

I've an iPaq with Pocket Backup embedded and recently update it to version 2.0. I've receveid my serial number in 2 days and an answer from a support request in 24 hour.

Bought the program from Handango and they tried to help me out with getting a registration code that would work. No success there.

So Handango referrred the problem to Sprite who replied that they would send me a link and a registration code within 24 hrs.

After repeated attempts to remind them to send the link and code I finally went back to Handango and they helped me get the response from Sprite.

Within the next day I got an email from the gentleman at Sprite who had emailed me originally with the link and code and all went well. He used the same explanation that their IP or something had been put on a blacklist so he was emailng me from his dialup account.

Originally I had just bought the basic PocketBackup program but with the link they gave me I got the PocketBackup Plus. For the original $19 I got the newer version and saved $10.

The program works very well for me and I am very happy with it. Just a bit dismayed that it took almost 3 weeks for me to get it to work.

Be patient and send a reminder email to Sprite about giving you what they promised.
