I am 99% sure Israel is handled incorrectly and I know there are a few other locales that are out of whack too.
Israel determines DST dates every year. It is not consistent year after year like most other countries. As a result, software like CityTime needs to be updated every year to update Israel's settings. Also, Palestine determines its DST every year, and makes it different than Israel's dates to assert independence from Israeli rule.

Correct. CityTime now includes user editable tables for year by year DST definitions and uses them to set the DST rule for the current year.
Additionally, Mexico and much of Brazil are simply defined incorrectly by Microsoft and CityTime corrects this in the Windows CE. I actually reported this to Microsoft years ago but they have never fixed it...
Corrected through override:
- Mexico City, surronding area
CityTime adds new timezone definitions for the following cities/countries:
- Damascus
- Falklands
- Tahiti, French Polynesia
- Marquesas Islands
- Gambier Islands
- Pakistan (recently enacted DST rules)
- Namibia
Corrected through extended implementation:
- Baghdad/Iraq (doesn't fit Microsofts implementation, April 1 - October 1
- Isreal (politically defined each year [definitions for 1989-2004 included])

Great program and unlike a lot of less friendly PPC software suppliers they let you upgrade at no cost. Got to love em.
