-EM-500, in mint condition except missing original stylus, rubber cover has dimple (from removing with stylus to sync). Dimple actually makes it easier to remove, and it is the ONLY damage on the unit. You can see it in the pic below at the top corner. Other than that, looks still brand new.

-AC Adapter
-3 pack of clie stylii which fit in stylus port on EM-500 to replace missing one.
-32 MB SD card
Proc overclocked to 180 MHz (can be downclocked again if buyer wants). Unit is 100% stable at 180 MHz.
-Original soft case which came with EM, nice neoprene case which I purchased and fits EM perfectly, water resistant, does good job of protecting screen.
-Missing original manuals but comes with all manuals in PDF format on CD along with all the software I've accumulated (paid/freeware):
