The Dell Axim System Update Screen has been up for 40 minutes now. It says the USB update should only take 15 mins. This is the second attempt at installation. Anyone one else seem to be having trouble with the actual update process?????????????? :(

I had no problems and the update took about 12 minutes via USB. I did read one post where someone "blue screened" and contacted Dell customer service.....you might want to call their tech support.

Well, I restarted my Dell desktop and re-powered my Axim. Tried again, and was successful. Who knows.
