Never try it as I use wireless for internet. Phone is too slow for me as i can only use either gsm data 9600bps ... or infra red ...

And i have no bluetooth accessories ... yet ... anyhow wireless works best .. go to any hotspot and i am done.

That's the downside of being a true technophile. The initial purchase is NOTHING compared to what we spend on peripherals, accessories and services.

If my wife ever found out how much I've really paid for all my stuff, she'd hit the roof!

agreed ... now on my list - bluetooth sd card, gps solution, arkon car pda mounter/holder, presentation card, more memory card, backup battery ... and some new software ....

now my DELL AXIM will be over $2000.00 ...

Jeez I hadn't even thought about how much I've spent on this thing so far...let's see...
$200 Axim, $40 cradle, $100 SD card, $40 Gomadic cable, $30 WriteShields, $15 on software(so far)....$425. Not too bad. EXCEPT there's still more I need to get! I'm probably going to buy SPB Quick and ListPro and Zagat To Go, so there's another $90 right there. Plus I still need a case and a wireless card at some point.....but at least I didn't spend it all at one time :)

Yeah, wow, this is thought provoking...

Axim X5 = $200
Foldable keyboard = $100
Socket 56k modem = $100
Gomadic cable = $40
Additional software = $30
Leather case = $25
Screen shields = $20
Misc. bags for cables = $15
Extra styli = $10

Not to mention future purchases... I'm thinking of getting "The Pod" but waiting for Podzilla... And too bad it's going to be a dinosaur in about two years...
