Hello All,
Disclaimer: I'm totally new to PDAs, so please bear with me. I did check out existing messages on this forum, but didn't seem to find anything that would resolve my problem.
I just received my e330 and would like to get it to work with my PC (running XP). Installed ActiveSync 3.5 from CD ROM with the cradle unattached. Then I properly connected the USB cable to the PC. But Active Sync does not find the cradle.
I did this ad nauseum - uninstalled, reinstalled, with and without cradle, to no avail. Before I jump out the window - can anyone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?
