Active Sync Problems with KeyGuard?

Did anyone else run into problems with synching when using Keyguard? If Keyguard is running, my computer won't even start Active Sync when I connect the ppc. :( Even with Keyguard disabled, sometimes the desktop computer won't recognize my ppc.

Is there any other program similar to Keyguard?

Are you sure it's Keyguard. I have that program and never had a problem.
Mine I syncing with Keyguard running.
What else do you have running when you Sync?
