1) Avail in USA
2) Newest 255 processor for power (??)
3) Bluetooth is a must.
4) Sim card would be nice (though I only think there is currently one SIM card providor in USA.
I favor in two units (pocketpc and phone (albiet smartphone)) that fits the way I work/play.
Just hoping.
