Re-program 5450 volume buttons to PgUp/PgDn??

I'm sure this might be possible through a registry hack but has anyone done this? I miss the old page up and down buttons from my old Jornada 568... I know I can use the button pad on the front but that is harder to do while holding the unit in one hand.

This has been discussed in other threads. For example, see the "Remapping 5455 Volume Buttons" thread (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6552).

So far, I haven't heard of any way to do this.
