I've got 3765 that's been gathering dust since I upgraded a couple of weeks ago. The unit is in good shape with one hairline scratch on the directional pad and a few light scratches on the back from my case. It's always been in a leather Vaja case with a screen protector so it really is in good shape.
I've got everything that came with it originally (including the documentation and extra sylus) plus a travel charger/sync cable. The unit has a brand new battery from Compaq and several months left on the warranty.
