I would prefere good condition. I do not want to spend a fortune. If I did I would go buy a new one or pay the 500 and up they go for on eBay.

I am starting a web site and I need to be able to evaluate Bluetooth devices in conjunction with a BT PDA. I would trade for stuff or whatever. This is just a pain. I do own an iPaq 3700 model iPaq w/a few scratches here and there. I have all the original packaging and disks I would trade for.

I know this sounds silly, but I am in an odd spot and not looking forward to buying a new PPC.

WHAT :?: :!: :?: Not looking forward to buying a new Pocket PC? Jason, isn't that a bannable offense?

I mean, I understand not being able to afford one or justify one, but I thought we all looked forward to buying a new one.

Seriously, if all you want is Bluetooth, have you considered a 3870?

Relax, Pony, I think we know what he means. :)

JMountford, have you considered getting a BT sleeve or a BT CF card for your 3700 series iPaq? It should be perfectly serviceable for the task.

OH heck I would just love to spend anywhere from 600 to 800 on a new PPC... Yeah not really. I mean if I had a disposable income maybe. But for a grand or less I can buy a darn decent lap top.

Janak I am considering a BT CF card or maybe sleeve, but I am not sure how that will affect native tests of BT Device with a BT Device. It may have to do for now.

As for Pony's question of the 3870 models. People are selling them for nearly the same price so I would like to have the universal remote and transflective screen as I may not be buying another one for a while.

Hmmm, I'm surprised the prices would be that close. The transflective screen alone should command a nice differential. Throw in the 48 MB ROM, SDIO support, XScale (maybe for the future) and the Nevo, and that should be a $100 difference, I think.
