I am been trying out a smartphone development kit phone from microsoft. On some powerups it will default to a program screen titled "Get ADC 1.0.0.1" and it apprears to be measuring a voltage reading. (battery status perhaps?). Why is this coming up? is it normal? Any one else trying this phone out getting the same behavior? thanks for any help...just want to make sure that the phone is not defective in any way.
