Tomorrow I start the "Dunn European Tour 2003". I prepared by studying National Lampoons European Vacation, because if there was ever a historian of world culture, it's Clark W. Griswold. 8O My first stop is Paris, France, for Mobius Europe 2003, a Microsoft conference that brings together people from the top mobility sites around the world. I don't know that I'll learn anything new considering I just came back from the MVP Summit recently, but the interaction with my fellow "mobile peers" and hearing opinions from different camps (Palm, Symbian, Nokia, etc.) is always very interesting for me.

I found out today that we won't have any Internet access from the hotel we're staying at, but we will have wireless access from the conference room. That's a bad combination I think! I arrive in Paris on the morning of the 2nd, and the conference runs from the 3rd to the 4th. The morning of the 5th, I wake up, go to the airport, and fly over to St. Petersburg, Russia. I'm there for a few days to meet the Spb team face to face, then on the 8th I fly back to Paris, hang out at the airport for a few hours, fly back to Canada (Toronto), hang out at another airport, then fly back to Calgary. I think on the 9th I'll be in a coma - no one wake me up!

Andy will be joining me for the Mobius Europe let of the tour, but the rest of the team will keep things on the site moving along at a nice clip. Keep sending us the news, and we'll keep posting it!
