Help appointment times have amended with the change of season

With the clocks going forward an hour this weekend I changed the time on my IPAQ and all my appointments went forward an hour. All the appointments are fine in Outlook. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Doesn't the OS automatically change the system time for Daylight Savings?

Okay you got me I'm posting this for a friend. I left my clock on my IPAQ and it changed automatically, but he was a little too quick and changed the time on his IPAQ. This changed all the appointment times by an hour.
Any ideas how to change it back? I think he tried moving the clock by an hour which didn't work.
