A new user question, What is the difference between "Storage", "Program" and "Built-In" Memory? I purchased a program that shows me my current memory use and it shows three types of memory (No including my external SD card)?

Storage: The part of your RAM used to store programs and data, like the hard disk in your PC. This is preserved after a soft reset, but lost after a hard reset.
Program: The part of your RAM used to execute programs, like the RAM in your PC. This is lost after soft and hard resets.
Built-In: Part of the Flash ROM not used to store the Pocket PC OS that is available to the user. It is preserved even after a hard reset.
