PPCThoughts Main Page Changed?

Has anyone noticed a change to the main page in the last 24 hours or so? It seems to be refreshing about every 4 seconds now and is very distracting. I'm running my browser on a Terminal Services connection and have seen similar occurances on other webpages.

Hmm. There's no META REFRESH tag on the front page, and I haven't noticed it. Weird...

It only seems to happen on the pages with the 'Menu' frame on the left hand side. Forums and Subscribe pages are fine.

The only change I notice is that all the fonts are way too small now. I had to increase my font size in order to be able to read the sidebars on the front page.
