Since I posted this same deal last week, and this is the 3rd time I've seen this deal in as many weeks, I have to wonder what's coming down the pipe...Could the rumored X-3/7 be coming out to match the 2200 iPaq?

I can't seem to get that price quoted to me. I've been planning to buy an Axim this month (while the 10% still works), but the site claims that I'm not eligible for the additonal $35 off.

Did you add something to take your total over $350 (Extra stylus etc)?

Yep. Added a BT card and screen protectors.

You can't just click on any Axim either. You have to use their little search box and enter 4001YR and then, "Add to Cart" and select an accessory on your way to check out. Enter the coupon code in the little box and you should be on your way.

I just tested with an extra battery and after rebate it's $282 (Axim accessories are 10% off, too. What a deal!).

If you can't get it done, let me know and I'll order it for you for your $50 rebate

Ah, there's the gimmick! When you select the Axim after searching, most of their peripherals are not available...no BT card, no screen protectors, the WiFi card is over twice the price, etc.

I don't need another battery, cradle, power cable, leather case (at least not theirs), and I certainly won't pay $143 for a product they sell for $69 elsewhere on their site!

...I don't need another battery...

Famous last words :D

You could get the power cord and still save an extra few bucks (Sell it here or on ebay for more savings.).

Are these Axims shipping on time or is there still a delay?

Would appear they are caught up. Ship date is showing as 3/28 for orders on 3/25.

I was just looking at these a couple of days ago and decided to put off purchasing one, even though they appear to be a great PPC. However, this deal put me over the edge. I hope to see it next week or so. Goodbye expansion pack. Hello, interchangeable batteries.

I am becoming less and less of a fan of the rebate...

Just got my $50 rebate from Dell, ELEVEN WEEKS later.

Now that's just silly.

actually in the world of rebates that is speedy quick.

times of 6 month waits are not that uncommon.

Just bought two of the 300 mhz Axims last night! $312 after rebates, $156 each!

See fellas, this is the trick...if you buy one for yourself, one for your lady, she doesn't complain! Heh.

They tell you that it will take 8-10 weeks to get the rebate so it really wasn't THAT late. You still got it! I got mine much faster then that though, only took about 6 weeks from the time I mailed the form until the check was in my hands.
