There seem to be quite a few "usage" related topics lately, so I decided to toss in another one...
Lately I've become something of a tasklist-aholic. While I only have 33 active tasks right now in Outlook, that number was up around 70 last week. I even find myself adding a task, just so I can check it off a few seconds later... So here are the questions:
How many active tasks do you have?
How many are overdue?

I have 39 active tasks at this moment. Luckily about half of these are tasks that are "in progress" on someone else's desk so I am just keeping tabs on them. I have around 100 future tasks covering all manner of planned tasks...things I do weekly, monthly, things that I can't do yet etc etc.
I often create a task just to check it off. This is the only way I can keep track of all the ad hoc tasks that pile on top of all of my "planned" tasks. Plus it makes for a great way to keep track of all the"say...didn't I ask you to do such and such" questions I inevitably get later.
I am so task heavy that I ended up investing in a super PIM (two actually). I started with Agenda Fusion and have migrated to Pocket Informant. Both have great features...hard to go wrong. Both provide some excellent alternates to help organize your tasks.

Yeah.... I'm currently using Agenda Fusion... Makes task organization so much simpler

94 Active Tasks, 23 High Priority, and about half of them would be overdue if I hadn't reassigned the due date. ;)

I archive all my tasks (like my email) and I have 630 total, about 10 are active and none are high priority. :)

47 active tasks. A few have no due dates though!
