So, it's a beautiful day, and here I am On 'Thoughts and at the same time watching 24 hours of the "Godfather"...

It got me thinking, the "Godfather" has some of the best lines ever put on film...

What are some of your favorite lines from movies (not just the "Godfather" saga)...

Some others:

"You can't fight in here, this is the war room" Dr. Strangelove
"It's the stuff that dreams are made of..." Maltese Falcon
"The light that burns twice as bright, burns twice as fast" Blade Runner
"Get yourself two tickets to the resurrection..." Scarface
"Serpentine Shelly, serpentine" In-Laws

"You know what you look like to me, with your good bag and your cheap shoes? You look like a rube. A well scrubbed, hustling rube with a little taste. Good nutrition has given you some length of bone, but you're not more than one generation from poor white trash, are you, Agent Starling? And that accent you've tried so desparately to shed? Pure West Virginia. What's your father, dear? Is he a coal miner? Does he stink of the lamb? You know how quickly the boys found you... all those tedious sticky fumblings in the back seats of cars...while you could only dream of getting out... getting anywhere... getting all the way to the FBI. I could go on for ages, but one of my all time favorites would be:
"Smokey, this is not 'Nam. This is bowling. There are rules." from The Big Lebowski. Which is a great movie for one-liners as well, since there are many more where this came from, such as "They're nihilists, Donny, nothing to be afraid of." I really like the John Goodman role in The Big Lebowski. Dude!
