Which OS version ?

I have an IPAQ 5450 and would like to know which version of Pocket PC I have. The asset viewer displays:

Product revision level: 3.0
ROM date: 11/15/02
ROM version: 1.00.45 ENG
OS version: Windows CE 3.0

If this means I have Pocket PC 2000 then how can I upgrade to Pocket PC 2002 (I cannot activate Microsoft Reader unless I have PPC 2002)

I wonder why. The closest thing I could find was the Version page of the About settings applet, which says you have Pocket PC and gives a build number and copyright. On my 3870, these are Version 3.0.11171 (Build 11178) and copyright 1996-2001.
