Does anybody know how to get Sync & go frustration of trying to load video files that are not wmv ?? I have asf video files but that does not work either it keeps telling me that all I can use is WMA and WMV format’s. Really frustrated and confused I hope you guys can

I think you answered your own question. :wink: They designed it to work with the current Windows Media formats (WMA and WMV), nothing else. I wish it worked with MP3s myself, but it's not terribly surprising. Microsoft is trying to push their own formats. You could also convert the files from ASF to WMV using the 9 Series Windows Media Encoder (www.microsoft.com/windowsmedia)

i haven't been able to figure out how you are able to sync-n-go wmv's much less asf's.

Since you have winxp, you can always make the asf's into wmv's using Windows Movie Maker. Then copy the wmv's over manually.
