The only help I can give you, and it will save you some frustration and stress, is to tell you to purchase your case elsewhere. I don't have anything nice to say about them so I'll leave it at that.

I have an EB Slipper case for my Axim and it is a very nice case. I've also had Slippers for my Clie and Palm. All were well made and I have no complaints. The Slipper for my Axim I purchased from DirectCase, the others I purchased directly from EB Cases. Zero problems from either vendor.

They make perfectly good, well-made, nice looking cases, at a reasonable price.
They used to make beautifully made, nice looking cases at the same price.
