PDB files on PPC?

I had a number of documents in the secure PDB format when I used my Palm. Now that I use a PPC, how can I view those documents?

I'm pretty sure you need to convert them into a standard Word or other text format. PDBs are specific to Palm devices, and more importantly, they're application-specific.

What type of PDB files are you talking about? Depends on the kind of PDB.
