Pocket PC 2002 OS vs Phone Edition?

Is there much of a difference between these 2 OSes?

I currently have an iPaq 3835 and really like it, but I would consider upgrading to a T-Mobile Pocket PC Phone Edition. Would I lose anything by changing to the Phone Edition?

The Phone Edition is everything the "normal" version is PLUS enhancements to the OS. Upgrade away! :D
