Hi another newbie question

Since I can not post any new topic on the developer forum (odd) I want to ask if someone can help me in order to find out where I can download a Java VM for my Axim ..I was looking at Sun's site and the Personal Java VM does not support ARM for now!
Anyone that has Java support on his AXIM can spare me some tips?

Thank you for your time!

Insignia solutions (http://www.insignia.com) has one of the best JVMs out there (or EVMs).

Indeed there is, CrEme: http://www.nsicom.com/products/eval1.asp

It's supposed to be an evaluation version.. but hasn't expired on me yet. There's CrEme and CrEme plus on that site... I tried both but can't see a difference. There's also a CrE-ME 4.0, but I just saw that right now... no clue what it is.

Since I can not post any new topic on the developer forum (odd)[....]

You probably tried to post in the Front Page Archive Developer forum (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=11). Topics there can only be created by the Pocket PC Thoughts crew. This makes sense as peons like us can't create home page stories. :-D

Try the Community Developer forum (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=30).

 well in Java usually the SDK and tools are free, it seems that this is not the case for the PPC Platform. I assume SUN is not trying so hard for a platfrom that is pure- microsoft depented!

Anyway ... 8O
