I recently installed Pocket Informant 4 on my Ipaq 3955. :D It will show all of the holidays but will not show any appointments that I put into it. This includes appointments I put into outlook first. When I sinked to my desktop they showed up in Outlook but still not on the PPC. :?: I have tried a soft reset and tried to find a setting I might have been missing but still no luck. Why won't it show up on my PPC? Any ideas?

Does it appear in the regular Calendar on the Pocket PC? If so, check the views and filters and make sure you haven't set anything.

The appointments will show up on the today screen. Filters is set to all and as near as I can figure everything else is set to display the appointments. However, still nothing in Pocket Informant.

Check the forums on Pocket Informants web site and someone else has this problem, but no apparent solution yet.

It probably won't be long. Alex Kac is known for his excellent customer support.

My bad. It was in the filters and I looked in the wrong spot.

You're right. Answered my email next day. Can't complain about his service. I like the program alot also.

PI 4 seems to reset a lot of your settings... for example, I had "show undated" checked on the old version, and in PI4, it apparently was unchecked... so when I would sort my tasks, a lot were not showing. I had to manually go into the options screen and check "show undated". FYI.

Only issue I consistently have in PI, through the last 5 version updates in fact is duplication of categories. Haven't been able to pinpoint why just yet and not a huge problem but it does get to be annoying. Anyone see this before?
