Ink Notes on the Desktop PC

I use the (text) notes on the Pocket PC and Outlook a lot. Lately, I've been using the freeform Ink Notes as well. Now while these sync with Outlook and are visible on the Desktop - all I can do is look at them or print them. I'd like to be able to use a graphics tablet to edit them as well.

Does anyone know of a way to do this?
