What program can add/overwrite files in a .tsk theme file?

I want to just add a landscape today screen image into a .tsk theme file. WinRAR could view the files, but wouldn't add any. PUPUPU!

Have you used Microsoft Theme Generator (http://www.microsoft.com/mobile/pocketpc/downloads/powertoys.asp)?

I don't see why one would need to use WinRAR while making a theme...

Mmm yeah I have been using that program, but there isn't support for landscape mode :3
