As per this previous post of yours (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=9851), NO SD camera will work for the XDA.

Your best bet is to go for a SD-compatible small digital camera, like the Casio Exilim (www.casio.com/exilim).
