Yesterday I installed Icbar in my e740 (the link is http://icbar.ictinus.com/). The app is really nice giving a Windows XP-like look to the Navigation Bar. Take a look at it I highly recommend it and best of all it's FREE!!! There are several skins to choose from. Here is a little example on how it looks :)

The only problem I encountered is that by installing Icbar you no longer have access to the TMU (Traffic Monitoring Utility) to turn on/off the Wireless adaptor in the e740. The solution is to use one of the User Defined buttons to access the TMU.

Does anybody know the name/location of the TMU app in PPC? If anybody knows, please pass the info.

It is the "Notification (PPC 2002) setting. If you find the original Icon for it I would appreciate your letting me know. I am using "Windows\bt_arw.bmp" (a nice big up arrow). There was a fellow in the Brighthand Toshiba Forum who created a fancy icon and way to combine the battery and communication in one button but it was a bit of overkill for me.
