After performing the rom upgrade my 3970 is sluggish, although I've checked it's running at 400mhz. Anybody had the same problem ?

I think they have posted a new rom update which addresses this. Go check it out.

what version are you running?

My new one feels sluggisg too, especially the screen input.

The 3950 has a speed issue when updated to 2.10, there's a patch for it. Maybe something like this happened to the 3970 too?

In any case, I find my 3970 unacceptably slow compared to the old 3800 and the Dell Axim.

If there's no fix, out this slug goes!

BTW, what was your old rom version? The one where it was not sluggish?
