Handango 50% off Resco Explorer

Has anyone been successful at getting the 50% off on Resco Explorer deal at Handango to work?

When I put in the discount code listed & recalc, it gives this error:

Promotion code is not valid for this site.

Emailed help desk there, & have only gotten the "we'll get back to you within 24 hours" bot email (that was a couple of days ago.)

I've tried to purchase from a number of different PC's, so I know it's nothing to do with my own system.

It's a great deal if it can be made to work.

Contact Resco directly and buy from them directly or order through a site that Resco has tested to confirm the discount works.

There is the possibility that the discount offer is nolonger valid but I would contact Resco and find out how the discount works first.

Thanks bobkatt, I thought of that (direct contact) about 20 minutes ago & will see if Resco can sort it out.

Expiration isn't an issue (at face value anyway) as it says
"Expires 05/01/03"

Buying through Resco direct just shunts you to Handango anyway, but that didn't work either.

Appreciate the suggestions though!

Will post again when/if it gets sorted out.

No word from Handango or Resco, but the deal has vanished from their specials page. Shame they didn't honor it after having it up all week.

I would push to have them honor it.
Get a hold of any direct phone number or fax and bug them until they honor the deal. . .

If it's only you bugging them. It's no sweat off their back to give you the deal.

I really wanted this software when I trialled it in January, but $20.00 seemed a little steep. I guess my break point is $10.00 because at $9.97 I just purchased it.
