I highly recommend Microsoft Money for organizing your finances. It is an extremely useful and user-friendly program. I use it on my desktop; Pocket Money can be downloaded for free which syncs with your desktop Money file. This is great because you can view your accounts quickly when away and even enter transactions when make them instead of having to remember to enter them later. I have been using Money for over a year now and it's great.
