E740 Battery Problem

I am having a problem with my main battery. during the day i will use my pocket pc, and then at night i will put it in the cradle to recharge. Then in the moring when i turn it on it says 100 percent. But then seconds later the low battery warning pops up. I have tried fully dishcarging the battery, but it is only a tempory solution.
