I just took delivery of my sleeve case from Casesonline. Another tremendous piece of work! I'll have a review on my web site tonight with photos and thoughts.

If the link does not work please try again. It just means the site is getting too much traffic. I don't have the benefit of unlimited bandwidth.

Very nice! That may be the case I will have to go with. Seems to keep the "form-factor" of the 1910 closer that the flip cases from Vaja and handheldplanet. Only thing I don't like is that extra leather flap at the side of the case near the record button (not the elastic, rather the leather); it looks a bit sloppy. Can you easily depress the record button without removing this from the case?

Thanks;
Jacques

Very nice review. I've seen the E&B case in person; it's functional and is a good flip case, but this looks extremely classy, more so than the E&B and maybe on par with Vaja iVolution cases (which I don't believe they have for the 1910 yet).

... and besides, wouldn't the input be really muffled? I'm not sure recording while in a case is going to be all that useful...

The mic (3 small holes) is at the top of the 1910 next to the SD card slot. The top of the case is open so I don't see why there would be any muffling.

Except for the wallet slots on the side, that seems just like the case for my Visor.

I think the best case for the 1910 is the Palm Zire case. Its a rubber/plastic case and it fits my PPC well. You can barely hit the record button. The only thing wrong with it is the Palm Logo.

Im bored, so here are some pics:

on the Casesonline how many credit cards do you think that pocket could fit?

I think you could fit a couple of cards.

I just got my casesonline.com case and it's really nice. It's the zipper Firenze one in teal. Not quite as soft as I believe the Bond or Wallstreet would be, but it's like I expected. I bought it mainly for the color but if it is like my old leather one, it will soften up. I'm really tired of stores only having black or brown leather cases. And, actually, since cases are kinda' like a purse, it wouldn't hurt to have another? (haha) Especially if they have the midnight blue or pink in Bond or Wallstreet!

Great protection. Very sturdy. The extra battery that I bought from HP Spare Parts fits in the long inside pocket. I would rather have my extra battery stored in the case than credit cards. It might hold the battery & a couple of cards, but I'm afraid to press it.

There are 3 credit card slots, but if you double up, I'm sure it would hold more. I use the 2 elastic SD pockets while I am using the long pocket for my battery and it still closes easily. The pocket completely covers the extra battery and it won't scratch the iPAQ screen. It also has an extra stylus holder. The case is very compact, especially considering all it holds.

It's very well made. I checked it over very carefully. I can use the fingerprint reader while it's in the case and a power/sync cable, but not the cradle (but I knew that). I can also use my ear buds. The holes don't line up exactly, but I was able to get it to work and the 2nd time was easier.

As for timing, it arrived as promised. The reps were very nice when I called to check the status. Great customer service!
