After several minutes of successful browsing, things stop working. All of the sudden, if I attempt to access a page, I get a, "The page you are trying to open cannot be found" error. After this occurs, I must disconnect and re-connect to GPRS to be able to browse again.
I can cause this to happen at will: just browse for a few minutes, then bam, I get the error.
Other facts:
-I do not have problems when I browse using my AT&T Sim and gprs
-The backlight flickers once prior to my receiving the error
-sometimes when I start and stop the phone, I acquire Cingular instead of T-Mobile (does this mean I am roaming?)
-I can still receive email at the point that I receive the error. I connect to e-mail via an IP address, not a server name
Perhaps something is wrong with T-Mobile's DNS server???
Please help shed some light on this frustrating problem.
Thanks.
