Switcher Bar Auto Start?

Anyone know where I might be able to make it so that the dell switcher bar autostarts? I hate having to reload it after every reset

Put a shotcut to it in \windows\startup , then it will load on every boot.

Never mind. I found the shortcut folder in windows

On mine it's in \Windows\switcher.exe

I just copied and pasted the shortcut from the shortcut folder into the startup folder

Does anyone know if you can run dell switcher on a non-dell ppc. If you can does anyone know where I can get a copy of it.
