Well, it looks like a company called Sonim has demonstrated PTT service on Intel XScale devices running Smartphone and Windows CE OS.

For those who might not know:
A bit ago there was a post about Verizon and Sprint trying to build a PTT (Push-to-Talk) service. PTT is only offered by Nextel and is a half-duplex walkie-talkie system that allows you to communicate quickly without using your cell minutes.
