Pocket Money doesn't see Money 2001

Installed Pocket Money on Dell Axim. Install said that Money wasn't installed on my desktop computer. I have been using money for sometime and it works great.
The install simply said that Money wasn't installed on the desktop and I would have to reinstall Pocket money if I loaded Money on the desktop.

I tried it twice and it doesn't work either time.

Anyone else ever have this problem. Would love to keep up with my finances on my pocket PC and sync to my desktop. Any suggestions on what I should buy. Don't want to risk a new upgraded money, just in case it would not work with the Pocket Money.

you have to get the correct version of pocket money, microsoft have pocket money for ms money 2002 and money 2003, also the sync update for money 2001

I use money 2001 on my desktop and sync it with pocket money 2002.
Like the previous posts state, if you are using pocket money 2002 you have to download the money sync update from the link that Kaber posted.
I also had a problem with it syncing originally if I didn't install them both to the main memory. But after syncing the first time I was able to move them to either the ROM storage or a CF card and it still continued to sync.

I am not positive, but I don't think you can use money 2003 for pocket pc and sync with money 2001 on your desktop.

Downloaded the sync update for Money 2001 and it works great now.
