Window's Medial Player

:?: New owner of Pocket PC. No problem synch'ing MP3 files to PPC, but when I go to play them on Windows Media Player, it claims the format is screwed up, won't play it and recommends transferring them from Win Media Player on computer. Any thoughts?

What machine and version of WMP do you have? This makes a big difference as to MP3 support. It's possible that you either need to upgrade your WMP or that your MP3's are partially defective, i.e., certain players will play them just fine (check out www.pocketmvp.com for example) while WMP won't. I'd say that even the latest version of WMP, 8.5, is relatively flaky with regards to MP3 support.
