Plus! Digital Media Edition Opinions

I've been thinking about trying out Plus! Digital Media Edition, but I'm not too sure that I'm up to dropping twenty bucks on something I might not really use. I would appreciate hearing opinions from anyone who has used it. :agrue:

! love it, specially with media to go feature, where you can automagicly sync your latest favourite WMA or MP3 file.
